YOUR WORKSPACE, BUILT AROUND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Get to the work that needs you.

Plan the shift. Equip the team. Resolve the shortage. Each workspace opens the operational tools behind that responsibility.

ALEX MORGAN / FIELD TECHNICIAN

Start the shift ready.

See assigned work, find the equipment you need, and keep the tool room informed as the job progresses.

Start here: shared job MR-204

Request the fiber kit, record the sample issue, and follow the same job through Charisse, purchasing and leadership. Your other operational tools remain available.

  • Assigned tasks, due dates and completion notes
  • Equipment requests and personal custody records
  • Available inventory and kit contents
  • Photo references, procedures and record-based assistance
Open Alex’s shared job →

TAYLOR REED / PROCUREMENT

Resolve the need before you buy.

Connect purchasing decisions to stock, open requests, available alternatives and supplier handoffs.

Start here: purchasing records

Review a shortage, prepare the request, record approval and order references, then receive assets into inventory.

  • Stock needs and existing equipment availability
  • Separate draft, approval, order and receipt statuses
  • Supplier references, contacts and logistics records
  • Blocked handoffs, activity history and assistance

Follow the shared job through leadership

Open the same MR-204 work order to approve the replacement and review the complete custody, issue and purchasing history.

PROPOSED ARCHITECTURE
Not yet deployed on AWS

The workflow already exists. AWS would connect the people, records and intelligence behind it. Select a use case to see the proposed services and the result we would test.

WHAT AWS + IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT WOULD UNLOCK

A focused 90-day pilot.

Our proposed use of competition support: turn the local prototype into a shared pilot, evaluate cited assistant responses, and measure operational impact with participating users.

Proposed milestones—not a delivery commitment. Scope depends on award terms, partner access, data approval and technical validation.

  1. Days 1–30 / ConnectSet up pilot identity, private storage and shared records. Validate role boundaries and phone-to-desktop handoffs.
  2. Days 31–60 / GroundConnect an approved procedure corpus to Amazon Bedrock. Evaluate source citations, unsupported answers and escalation behavior.
  3. Days 61–90 / MeasureRun a bounded pilot. Compare kit-check time, report-preparation time, unresolved discrepancies and duplicate purchase requests against a recorded baseline.

THE INVESTMENT CASE

Fund the connection between a working workflow and a measurable pilot.

Mission ReadyAI supplies the operational use case. The proposed AWS layer supplies shared infrastructure and grounded AI. People retain authority over equipment custody, purchasing and repair decisions.

Current demo: Vercel-hosted, with browser-local records. AWS services below are proposed integrations, not active connections, sponsorship or certification. Customer-specific security and deployment requirements would be assessed before using operational data.

EXPLORE THE BUSINESS CASE

What could your team
do with time back?

Adjust the assumptions to explore potential time recovered from kit checks. This is an illustrative estimate, not measured product performance.

29.3potential hours recovered / month22 working days × checks × minutes × reduction ÷ 60. Reporting time excluded.

A CREDIBLE PATH FORWARD

Working today. Building toward tomorrow.

WORKING PROTOTYPE

Operational accountability

Interactive local records, kit readiness, custody, purchase tracking, discrepancy resolution, reports and a record-based assistant.

PLANNED INTEGRATIONS

Connected intelligence

Secure shared accounts, cloud sync, outgoing alerts and generative AI. Image-assisted field assessments and repair routing require qualified review; photo diagnosis is not live.

See the work.
Follow the handoff.
